Fig and Nut Energy Bites
Makes approximately 24 ping-pong-ball sized bites

2 1/4
cups
diced dried figs

cup
ground almonds

1
cup
ground walnuts

1
tsp
cinnamon
-
1 1/2
tbsp
lemon juice

Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in blender or food processor

When mixture is dense and sticky remove and put into a bowl
-
Add lemon juice, mix well
-
Roll into balls
These store great in the freezer!
