Fig and Nut Energy Bites

Makes approximately 24 ping-pong-ball sized bites

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4  cups diced dried figs
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2  tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in blender or food processor
  2. When mixture is dense and sticky remove and put into a bowl
  3. Add lemon juice, mix well
  4. Roll into balls
